Our Mission

Way Moore Justice Support provides the administrative infrastructure, education, and community solidarity to better navigate the PCRA process in Philadelphia. We support post-conviction petitioners with innocence claims, their supporters, and their attorneys by removing operational barriers to justice and providing restorative practices.

Our Vision

Way Moore Justice Support envisions a post-conviction legal system in Philadelphia where truth and human dignity prevail over procedural barriers and where community-based lawyering is the norm. We strive for a future where all post-conviction petitioners, their supporters, and their legal teams have the support they need to work in solidarity with one another as they overturn a wrongful conviction, successfully challenge an excessive sentence, or obtain commutation together.
